Shipping, Lead Times & Material Ratings

We ship New Zealand wide from our Rotorua workshop.


Free NZ shipping is available on standard orders over $200.

Please note that oversized signage and certain large freight items are excluded from free shipping and will incur additional freight charges.


For orders under $200, our standard NZ shipping rates are:

  • North Island: $10

  • South Island: $12

  • Rural North Island: $14

  • Rural South Island: $18

 

Oversized or large rural freight items are calculated separately due to carrier requirements and packaging size. If additional freight applies, this will be clearly shown at checkout.

 

Australia Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping to Australia for $35 AUD equivalent on eligible items.

Please note:

  • All items shipped to Australia must be under 1 metre in length.

  • Oversized signage is not available for Australian delivery.


All pieces are made to order, and shipping timeframes begin once your order has been completed.

 

 LEAD TIMES:

All items are cut to order UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. As everything is cut to order expect 3-4 weeks for your order to be cut, coated and shipped. 

For custom pieces (address signage etc) a proof will generally take 7-10 working days plus the cut to order lead time (up to 6 weeks for completion) however we are pretty good at keeping the entire process under 20 working days. -If you need signage for an event with a specific date, please contact us below for more information regarding expedited cutting. 

If you need an item earlier please feel free to contact us here and we can absolutely see what we can do about a certain date (more often than not, we can work to an earlier date)

Please note that all art is cut & coated to order here locally in Rotorua, hence the extended lead time.
