CHRISTMAS CLOSEOFF

From the 14th November we are CLOSED for cut-to-order and will just be selling stock. From the 18th December we cannot guarantee Christmas Delivery South Island and 20th December North Island. We will still be open for all other orders (even art not in  stock) however these will not be cut until the 7th Jan. Expect a 2 week lead time from the 7th Jan as per our usual timeframes as we reopen for cutting on the 7th. If your item is not shown as 'in stock' with a quantity next to the product please assume this is a made to order item. -Please check the In Stock tab BEFORE shopping our boxing day sale as items not shown in the In Stock tab are not in stock and will be cut & coated from the 7th Jan.

Huge thanks to all our customers this past year, with the arrival of our new baby on the 29th November we will be taking 2 weeks break from the 21st Dec-7th Jan though will be replying sporadically to any emails.

Pre-Rusting / Painting Screens

When ordering corten, or the powder coated option, and you wish to have your screen/s pre rusted or painted, after placing the order you will be emailed to confirm your order. In the email, will be a colour chart for the colour options. Simply respond to the email and indicate which colour, or whether you are wanting your screen to be pre rusted (whichever may apply).

All our corten art is not pre rusted due to time constraints. Please ask for this option should you want this however it is not 100% guaranteed we will be able to pre rust.

As corten rusts differently, all corten items will differ slightly from the original image.

Drilled Holes

If you are after holes to be drilled into your screen or artwork, please indicate in the email whether you want this option.

Folded Edges

All screens have folded edges, to ensure the stability and strength of our products. 

 

Screen Lead Time

All screens have a lead time of 3-4 weeks (up to 20 working days) PLUS postage. You will receive tracking once it has been generated when your item is ready to ship.

 

5% Off First Order

Minimum purchase of $100 applies (Art products only) -no screens, fireguards, signs, or custom orders. As we no longer offer the 5% discount any outstanding codes will become void at midnight 1st November 2018.

Wholesale

Please contact Emily through the 'contact us' page here or on 0210594210 for a discounted rate if you are wanting to place a large order for either personal/business use or wholesale.

Art

Items will typically ship out within 2 weeks. Due to high demand some orders may take up to 3-4 weeks. Please contact us for more information regarding our pre order cut off periods.

As we sell steel art all our items includes steel only unless otherwise specified. 

Please see the Dulux colour chart for additional colour options however if a colour isn't offered as standard a minimum charge of $45 + GST may be added to your item if we don't specifically run that colour.

Please feel free to contact us before placing an order if you are wanting to purchase an item for an upcoming event (ie birthday) and need confirmation your order will arrive in time.

Promotional Art: While we will endeavour to follow the lead time of 2 weeks due to demand some items may take longer to ship. If your order has taken more than 15 working days to ship please drop us an email and we will update you on your order. If you purchase a promotional piece in with another item your items will be shipped when your whole order is complete (if you choose to pay an extra set of postage we will of course ship your items separately) so bear in mind the possible extension on lead time for the entirety of your items.

Deposits Paid / Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We are also unable to refund any of the 40% of the initial deposit paid before commencing your custom design if you change your mind. We will do our best to ensure what you are getting matches the design brief as close as possible.

At our discretion we can offer an exchange however 40% of the original price will be retained for each return or exchange. At our discretion we may waive this fee, however you must contact us as soon as possible for a full return / exchange to be considered.

We will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

GST

All prices listed on plazmart.co.nz are Inclusive of GST.

Custom Designs

Please contact Emily through the 'contact us' page here  for custom designs for our metal screens or to request bespoke artwork, be quoted for fences, gates and cladding.

For all custom art, please allow 5-6 weeks plus an additional week for your custom items once design is confirmed as there is a little more involved than just cutting a pre designed product! All Christmas custom orders will be sent the first and second week of November. Please feel free to contact us for an update regarding the status of your order.

Please note that we will endeavor to answer your emails and messages ASAP however our business hours are 9am -5pm Monday -Friday -any messages sent outside these times will be answered the next business day.
